NROSH Web Based Housing Software

NROSH will be a property database run by the ODPM containing a record of each individual unit of social housing in England. Data will be submitted in XML format validated to the correct XML schema, to the central government database.

Local Repository

However, what most Local Authorities & Housing Associations also need is a local repository for their own housing stock data. This housing data will contain traditional stick condition information, decent homes, HHSRS and SAP/NHER energy data. This raw data may come from a multitude of sources such as paper, handheld data capture or various out-dated housing management systems.

Web Based Solution

Our web based solution can take data feeds from any housing management system re-mapping it to the exact requirements of NROSH along the way.

It can also take data directly from the modern handheld data capture tools. Our NROSH solution can be hosted on our servers or your own if you prefer.
